Yesterday afternoon, my partner went to the center to make a waxing appointment, which he has attended on other occasions without problem and with an optimal result.
They serve him between 2 employees, one younger and the other an older lady, they recommend the use of a cream before and after the laser session, when he asks the price and they tell us that it was almost €27, without making any comment to the Regarding this, the older employee states that the cream is not expensive, leaving us perplexed by her comment, something that is the client who has to value that type of information.
However, I leave the counter because I don't want to get into a conflict and my partner stays finishing making the appointment.
It seems that not happy with the refusal of not purchasing this cream, which presumably carries a commission from the person who sells it, she tells him that he has done very well in not buying it by doing what his wife (that is, me) says.
It seems to me an extraordinary lack of education, professionalism and respect for a client on the part of a person of that age who should also presumably set an example for the other employees, since I imagine that she is in charge of the center.
Of course, the company should take care of the manners, treatment and education of the people they hire. It seemed out of place, and shameless.
Not to mention that my partner did not respond for politeness and for meeting our daughter.
I've been there for a little over a year and I have to say that I'm delighted, I'm a little scared when it comes to new experiences and the truth is that since I met Rocio, I only want to be with her. She is a sweetheart, super professional and makes sure that each session is as calm and pleasant as possible. I'm sure the rest of my colleagues are also good professionals, but none of them are like her.
My daughter had the laser done and it hasn't done anything to her, she's not happy at all, it depends on her age, they should refuse to do the laser...I don't recommend it...I was there personally and it wasn't effective either.
I am delighted, they have a great professional, the aesthetic doctor Christian Aguilar, both the treatment and his work are exquisite

I've been doing laser at this center for 2 years and I've never had any problem until yesterday. I contracted some bonuses a year ago which were combinable between the areas of the body that I do. I recently asked again how many I had left to confirm that I had plenty and that they were still combinable and they said yes. Total, yesterday I went to have the laser done and they told me (two different girls) that the ones I had left were not combinable, I repeated that they were, that their colleagues had told me both when hiring them and until recently that they were. In the end I left without doing anything to me because they agreed. That same afternoon I spoke again with a different colleague and she told me that they were. Well, either they agree among themselves or I'll come back next week and they kick me again. I'm quite disappointed because I'm not in the mood to waste time or for anyone to make me dizzy due to poor communication between the people who work there.
